Here is another thing I bought on my shopping trip last week with my good friend Vivian. "CHANGITO"... who would've ever thought a monkey could be so cute! I also used my new ek success border punch (love), some eyelets, and also the cuttlebug border embossing folder of buttons. I was going to add 2 tiny buttons on his pajamas, to tie in with the border. I thought I knew exactly where my teenie, tiny buttons were, but they weren't there. Guess that means I gotta clean my supplies and re-label stuff. Fun card to make....

Flopsey

Another Flopsey card. I dont 'know why I waited as long as I did to take the plunge and buy these sets. He is adorable~! I also used some prima flowers, the martha stewart branch, (love that punch!)... the sentiment is from Papertreys anniversary set.. thanks again nance! I also used the new ek success border punch that I bought last Tuesday. Love that punch as well. I colored with copics, I wish my pictures were better, the card looks even better in real life. I will ahve to play around to try and take better pictures. Very fun card to make

Flopsey

One of my newest stamp sets that I adore. "Flopsey", I love coloring him in, this was a very fun card to make. I pop-dotted the square that he is on for some dimension. I dont' know why I dont' use popdots more, it really adds to a card. I colored it with copic markers. The sentiment is from papertreys anniversary set that my dear friend Nancy sent me. "THANK YOU Nance, it is one of my favorites that I am always reaching for!"... a very fun card to make

Riley

Another Riley!! This one I cut the trees out with my cricut as well. paper pierced the nestabilitie circle with Riley in. Colored him with copic markers. Did a flannel background stamp to try and match his shirt that I made him. (yup, if you look real close it is a flannel)... I also used a little distressed ink from Tim Holtz for the edges of the card. The picture isn't hte greatest, but I was anxious to post it. More to come...
This stamp is from my friend Nancy. She is the creator of it and you can find it at cornishheritagefarms. Her line is called shady tree. What a beautiful and detailed stamp. I love it. I also put a little stickles on the tulip for a little shimmer. The background stamp is an older stampin up. More cards to come....

Riley

This card looks better in real life. The coloring is off, but I wanted to post it anyway. You gotta love Riley, and what an outdoors-ey little Riley he is, sawing some wood. Looks like he is sawing it for his little log-cabin in the background. Colored Riley with copics, cabin and trees, with prismapencils. Paper-pierced the circle that was cut out with nestabilities. I think Riley is my new favorite stamp.

Winter friends??? I thought this would be an adorable picture, and I hoped that they would 'stay put' till I could go and get my camera. We have had these little critters all winter long, but I never seen them this close to one another before. They were just chowing down on the birdseed, and enjoying the spring day we had...
