I had so much fun making this card. I made one for my friend and one for my boyfriends parents. Loving the cricut!!

Here is a Christmas card that I made, that I really like. The top picture is the outside, and the bottom is the inside.. I wish I could've made more of this, but I ran out of the snowman paper. I am really trying to do more on the "inside" of the card too, so its special. What do ya think?

Another one of my Christmas cards I made. This one I used the cricut for, I used the wording from winter woodland. I also was digging around, and found my stampin up wheels. It has been FOREVER since I used them, so I found me a christmas one, and voila... a patterned background. What do ya think.. more to come in the next couple days... stay tuned ;)
Today was a "Play day" for me. I worked on my Christmas cards ALL day so far. The country music awards are on tonite, so I plan on staying in my stamp room all afternoon working on stuff, all the way through the awards. I hope I get alot done. I made a few of each sample that I am going to show. I wish I could do the "mass-producing" all of one card, but I just did 4 of each.

I finally got the vintage picnic set. Love it!! I colored it with both copics, and prisma pencils. I pierced all around the edge of the die. I also used the bakers twine, LOVE that stuff. More to come.....

More cricut fun. This guy I didn't emboss at all, but I did pop-dot him and that was it. Added the googly eyes for fun, but wasn't sure what to do with it to make it "pop".. Wish Donna Mundinger could help me out!! So, I ended up just outlining his features with marker. I will hide this for the boyfriend when he gets home from work tonite.
I have been playing with my cricut lately. (I think I just needed some inspiration and got it). This was fun to make as he kinda looks like my dog. I am a huge fan of Donna Mundinger's work (popsicle toes), she inspires me to keep playing. I can NOT figure out how she welds some cuts together. I wish we lived closer and she could come on over and help me out. :) But anyway, until I get that figured out, I will keep playing and just put them on regular shaped cards for now. I pop-dotted this lil guy 3 times, although you can't tell in thepicture. And ran the top layer through a stampin up embossing folder. TUrned out kinda cute.. what do ya think?

This is from my new animal kingdom cricut cartridge. I can't remember the gals name that made a card like this, but her chalking amazed me!! So... I had to try. I forgot that I gave my chalks away, so I had to improvise with PTI's snow white ink and a q-tip. It turned out okay, but not as good as the other gals, man.. hers was AMAZING!!!! I ended up making 4 of these, trying to mass produce, thats why I left a sentiment off the front, will stamp something as I need it.. (birthday, thank you, whatever it may be). I have to learn more how to mass-produce cards, my stash is waaaaay too low.

Halloween

I wanted to ink up a few stamps that I haven't used before, and this was one of them. I fell in love with this lil guy when I seen him on wild sprinkles blog. Adorable right? Anyway, just made up a quick card with the lil guy. Isn't halloween the best holiday. I have so many adorable halloween stamps, I have to find more people to send cards too. Enjoy

A quick fun card. I am still struggling to get myself organized in my new room. Yes, it is all put away, but it is hard to get used to where things are, when I could grab for something with my eyes closed in my last room. But, this will work, just takes time. You can't tell but the main image is pop-dotted off, for a bit of depth. The new max and whiskers line of paper was used. I LOVE that stuff!!!! More to come......

This is another card I made using my good friend Nancy's line of stamps. She is so talented!!! I like the way it turned out using the cuttlebug folders too. Thanks Nance!

Valentines

THis was another one of my many purchases yesterday. I fell in love with these two little love birds (love owls). A-D-O-R-A-B-L-E!!! The owls are new from stampendous (I think), the wild for you stamp was from the Michaels dollar bin, and shiny little doo-dads in the bottom right corner. I colored with copics, I need more practice with coloring though. Not sure what I am doing wrong, but have fun trying to figure it out :)

More to come...

Valentines

Yesterday a dear friend of mine and I went on a stampin/scrappin shopping spree. We were well overdue! I went a little crazy in Archivers. I fell in love with this stamp from Heroarts. Isn't it just the cutest thing ever???? I embossed the cupcake wrapper with fine white embossing powder (thanks to boyfriends mom who gave me a TON of different colors of embossing powders). Then I added stickles to the sprinkles on the cake part, and there are shiny little doo-dads on the bottom of the cake. I like the way it turned out.. stay tuned more to come from my trip...

My good friend Nancy created this stamp. She is SOOO talented!! I love the fact that she can draw and create her own stamp line. I love this stamp. I am getting TOO many favorites lately. This was colored with copics, no embellishments, but I love the simplicity of it. Another fun stamp to use.
2 of my favorite stamp companies.. Judith and Riley's! I wasn't too sure how this was going to turn out as I was making it, but I am pleased with the results. Riley is SO fun to color. My collection of him is growing quite quickly! Fun card to make.

Its funny, but right when you think they can't come out with a cuter Riley than the last release.. "THEY DO!"... THis is probably one of my faves "again!". Just too adorable!!! I colored it with copics, used the cuttlebug folder, and patterned paper, along with my nesties. Coloring can be time consuming, but I love how it turned out.

flopsey

another flopsey... are you tired of it yet? This card was made with my new favorite punch by ek success. Also I used nesties for the scalloped rectangle, I also used liquid pearls on the scallops. I stamped out flopsey and cut it out and then pop-dotted it to stand out. It is still lacking something, but I like the looks of it.
Here is another thing I bought on my shopping trip last week with my good friend Vivian. "CHANGITO"... who would've ever thought a monkey could be so cute! I also used my new ek success border punch (love), some eyelets, and also the cuttlebug border embossing folder of buttons. I was going to add 2 tiny buttons on his pajamas, to tie in with the border. I thought I knew exactly where my teenie, tiny buttons were, but they weren't there. Guess that means I gotta clean my supplies and re-label stuff. Fun card to make....

Flopsey

Another Flopsey card. I dont 'know why I waited as long as I did to take the plunge and buy these sets. He is adorable~! I also used some prima flowers, the martha stewart branch, (love that punch!)... the sentiment is from Papertreys anniversary set.. thanks again nance! I also used the new ek success border punch that I bought last Tuesday. Love that punch as well. I colored with copics, I wish my pictures were better, the card looks even better in real life. I will ahve to play around to try and take better pictures. Very fun card to make

Flopsey

One of my newest stamp sets that I adore. "Flopsey", I love coloring him in, this was a very fun card to make. I pop-dotted the square that he is on for some dimension. I dont' know why I dont' use popdots more, it really adds to a card. I colored it with copic markers. The sentiment is from papertreys anniversary set that my dear friend Nancy sent me. "THANK YOU Nance, it is one of my favorites that I am always reaching for!"... a very fun card to make
